and current Bluegrass music while spotlighting local music, as well.
Chuck
Charles is the host of The Bluegrass Breakfast. A long time fan
of music and a radio veteran, Chuck loves all types of music but Bluegrass
is the form closest to his heart. Growing up in the mountains of North
Carolina, Chuck remembers his Granny Allen listening to bluegrass on
the radio. Bluegrass is home for him. Among his many talents is his
ability to impersonate celebrities. Carl from Slingblade is probably
his best because they are closest in IQ. President G.W. Bush is his
favorite to imitate because he is so good at pontificalizing in his
speeches. Chuck Charles...weekdays from 8am-11am on AM 1080, the Bluegrass
Station.
